St Albans vintage and handmade flea fair

Here are a few snaps from the fair Claire (from pearl and rose) and I did on Sunday. It was lots of fun I got lots of crocheting done while sitting waiting for customers. It gave us hours to chatter away too. Claire and I had a successful day. I managed to sell a few things, my 'home sweet home' was one of them which I was rather pleased about. Better get making another.
Here's my little space.
I liked the way our stall looked as we had a lovely mix of vintage and handmade new.
Claire and I behind our stall.
I love these pretty candles in beautiful teacups that Claire made.
We saw some old friends there, had lots of lovely visitors...Thank you to everyone for your support!! Thanks Jimbob for bringing us our lunch :)

We also met lots of new lovely people some designers and crafters, everyone was very friendly and helpful and we're looking forward to the next one!!
Here's a couple of the lovely talented people we met, I'm sure next time I will get some more blogs to report back on too.
Steph had some beautiful mix media stitched items for sale check out her blog here and also Bridget at Poppyart check out her lovely things here.
We did buy a lovely present for our friend but I'm not sure of the name....If I find out I shall let you all know.

The next one if anyone is interested is May the 9th, Sunday again, same time, same place. There's also a farmer's market outside the town hall too, get two for one...why not pop along and have a mooch about.

Oh and before I forget I want to say a big thank you to Claire for arranging it all! x
